GM Power Steering Flush

I recently changed the Power Steering Pump on my 2000 Z24. The car has 225,000kms and besides adding fluid when I changed the pump the rest of the fluid is original. So, I'm wondering if the GM Flush is a good option, especially when most of the fluid is so old?
