I bought the coilovers in the group buy set up by John Benham. If you have witnessed that thread, you know its been an absolute struggle for almost a year to get these things! The set I ordered, i'm actually still waiting for a shipping quote from John to get them to my door. I'm hoping to have them in my possesion in a week or so. The specs and pics of these things are in the group buy thread but you can also read about the R5's on standardsuspension.com. I will take pics of them once they arrive at my house.
They were listed for 1550 in the group buy, but since there were 5 of us that bought them, the price dropped to 1475. I am willing to let mine go for 1400 plus whatever it will cost to ship them to you. So thats a pretty good savings. These are brand new so they have a full warranty. The reason I am selling them is I have lost interest in my sunfire and want to start a 240sx project this year.
Standard is an awesome company and regardless of how tough the group buy was, they were always a pleasure to deal with. I will be buying from them again for my 240 once I get to that stage in the build.
