I've been wanting to do this mod for awhile now, i've seen and heard of guys doing it so could someone tell me how its done? I know you gotta buy 2 MSD coil packs and remove the coil pack from under the IDE cover, get plug wires, but my main question is what to do with the plug (harness) that goes into the coil pack at the end? If someone could help me out, and provide pics even better, thanks guys.

what you do is get the msd ignition box. the coil packs and plug wires. its plug and play and thats what everyone did that i know of. Ive never seen one with just the stock ignition hacked to fit 2 coils. look up dragracemyz24 he has good pics of his set up

I have the MSD box, coils and wires and my car runs like crap. Does anyone have a how to for a 2.4 to tie all this stuff together. I have been searching and can't find a damn thing. Help!!!!
I didnt think that the LD9 even had coil packs...

sure does, but its more a coil pack, not plural. Its up and under the IDI cover.
theres actually two, so yes there are Coil Packs, they're inside the white piece under the IDI cover.

well you must not have it setup right or messed up installing it, its fairly straight forward unless you have the "MSD" box that controls timing... you say you have an msd box but that doesnt mean @!#$ to us unless you know what box you have.
