Throttle Body Spacer for ecotecs

I was on driver fx web page and I seen a throttle body spacer for the ecotecs. I want to know do any one have one on there ecotecs yet and how is it? heres a link and if it dosent pop up. the part number is 200554P . on www.driverfx.com

Spacers aren't useful on any J-body motor unless you don't want to tap the manifold to run nitrous or methanol/ alcohol injection.

its something musclecar guys do on carb motors, works on high rise intakes with big carbs... but mostly useless on new motors.

and because the stock mani for the eco doesn't really have a nice sized plenum. i've heard it helps more on larger plenum mani's, but if the plenum is already almost non-existent, a small spacer can't work magic, and now give you a huge plenum.

ya if your wanting the benefit of more plenum go for an aftermarket intake

bringing back an old posting...
I have the LE5 manifold installed on my eco
Would the only benefit be to if I were to run dry shot nitro to give me a place to port it in?
