I just used stock replacements and they are holding up to 7,000 rpm with secret cams. I just bought mine from autozone. IIRC they are made by melling.

I believe the JBP lifters are solid lifters, so "technically" they are better, but you would have to set valve lash and YOU DON"T WANT TO TRY TO SET LASH on a QUAD 4/TC. I also think they are 33m lifters, so you won't be reving anywhere near high enough to need them. Just stick with stock replacements, or have the cam carriers bored out to accept the 35mm quad 4 lifters.

"Youth in Asia"...I don't see anything wrong with that.
hmm well i got a price from gm and they are 45 a piece which equals like 800 shipped . and i found melling ones at autozone for 200 shipped to my house. think they would be fine

search jbp , several motors are toasted from them
your better with manta crap over jbp
I would not doubt the quality of melling. They have been making OE replacement engine parts for years. It is what is in my engine right now. I bought mine from autozone as well. My oil pump and exhaust cam are also a melling.
