I have pacesetter on my 96' cavy. It has a rasp when the exhaust is cold, but goes away after it gets warmed up. But as far a sound, it didnt sounds bad, i liked it.

As far as fitment i had an issue with the over-axle hanger being too short for the stock hanger. Its also painted aluminumized steel tubing that will rust.

i prefer the Vibrant. when i was shopping around, i looked at a few different exhausts, the pacesetter and the vibrant being 2 of the ones i was looking at more seriously.

thats one of the main reasons i didnt get the pace setter. also, i picked up my vibrant for $175 CDN, which is a third of the price it is everywhere else. that also helped my decision greatly.

vibrant warehouse sale. they have a warehouse in Mississauga, ON. it was a one day only, take it or leave it kind of thing. im sure thats cheaper than most companies get it for, but i think it was the fact that they had a @!#$ load of them and needed to unload stock. i regret not buying more and selling them on here lol

I got mine for 280 off of ebay. Being Canadian i had to pay a lot of shipping and then customs which put it up to 400 bucks! It hurt, but it looks like a great peice, im waiting for it to warm up before i install it. Its stainless steel so it will never rust, and it sounds very nice! I would get vibrant if i were you.

I'd go with the Vibrant.

You'll get stainless pipes, and a little larger inner diameter pipe.

Personally, I have connections with a muffler shop owner... So usually a six-pack of beer and $20 bucks gets you a whole new set of pipe all the way back to the muffler... Ofcourse I had it done before he ws told he wasn't allowe to chop off the cat..hehehe I got straight pipe all the way back to a cheap ass $20 CherryBomb Turbo muffler...
