Ok, so i'm thinking of buy the borla boomer wailtail muffler for my setup. The tip that comes with it is 5" diameter. The cutout for the exhaust on my fender is about 5 1/4" diameter (2003 LS Sport). Will the molding be okay temperature wise from the exhaust?? Or will it be damaged from the high temp? If so, what would be an easy solution?
