95 to 97 2.2 aspec intake installed

im a newbie here and had a few questions about installing this intake on my car. like do people run air breathers or connect the vac tube . i have all these parts that come with it but i don't know where they go ??

this kit didn't come with instruction i just want this installed to be secure to lol.

vacuum on the crankcase is a good thing. breather filters are teh evil.

i just have a few bolts and screws i need to install. or where can i get like maybe directions on how to ?
