I installed a toggle switch to overide the cooling fans. I can now just flip a switch and instant cooling to the engine. Now she never gets hot!
Now I know why my engine would get hot....one of my fan relays didnt work and the motor on the slow speed fan doesnt work. So this modification is only temporary.
Once complete!

Basically... The 2-spd fan from a 3.8L Taurus ( The older, "Boxy" style) & what's usualy involved with wiring electric fans. If you can follow diagrams on how to wire-up stuff like adjustable thermostats, A/C relays & computerized controls... You can handle it! Just look for three terminals on the motor (Which will be a low-profile design) instead of two.
Just one piece of advice: When you go scrounging the yards, take a fully charged 12v cordless drill battery with you... Along with some clip-on leads. This will allow you to teset the fan on-vehicle before you make all the effort to remove it. And even if you can't find one that works, don't worry... A replacement motor runs way less than a full assembly, so you can at least get most of the thing at the yard & still do it for cheap!

Well I already have a 2-spd fan on my vehicle.....except the slow speed fan isnt working for the moment

Have you checked the circuit? You know: Voltage signal from computer to relay & all that... If not, I suggest doing that before hacking your system up. You may find the problem is as easily correctable as replacing one small part.
