ok so I got my AEM intake in today and have run into a problem, I cant't get the breather hose off of the black canister. I've tugged and pulled on this thing for almost an hour I tried sprayin it with some wd-40 it loosened it up enough to twist but I still cant get it to give any. anyone ever had this prob? and any thoughts on how to remove this thing other than cutting it off?

pcv hose at the parts store is like $1.19 a foot. cut it off and go buy yourself a couple of feet for basically pocket change and it will resolve your problem. More then likely yours is dry rotted and needs to be replaced anyway.

ok I ended up finally gettin it off but the intake came with a 1/2 inch piece that was even harder to get on lol. but it was kinda dry rotted. thanks for the response.
