can you use a 2.2L ecotec throttle body on a 2.4L engine non ecotec engine?

i saw one at the junk yard and it looked bigger to me i wanted to know so i can get it and use it on my car.

Doubt it.. different sensors, possibly different degrees of movement, different bolt pattern.... if it could it would be some work, a custom mounting plate would have to be made, you'd have to do research on the 2.4 ecu and what values it reads from the sensors and if the eco sensors are similar...how they deal with vacuum, etc, etc, etc...



Don't buy from MANTAPART!!
There is no easy ways to get HP, no magic box or gizmo... And if you get more hp, there's no way to make your car still behave and sound like a stock one. More hp usually makes your car louder, more vibrations and harder to drive...but still people hope or think maby there's some magic way to have it all, comfort, stock sound and drive.
