Hey all, im upgrading the turbocharger on my 1.8 from the stock t25 to a t3. I am going to rebuild the turbo and pressure regulate it from the compressor and put a manual boost controller on it. I know I need the rebuild kit, new oil lines, headers and downpipe, external wastegate, and probably boost gauge.

I was wondering what else I may need to do this conversion properly, and what is a safe boost setting for this motor with the stock bottom end?
