Im looking to do the exhaust on my 03 eco.
My 01Z had just a megan-racing cat-back. with the silencer, it was okay. Not too loud with an alright tone.
But i was kindof looking for a little more of the import tuner sound. Not rice, dont get me wrong. Just a little less pulsey.
Any suggestions? i dont know much about the exhaust air flow, so bare with me.

ive been thinking about a dual maganflow for this cavy.
Just wondering. Ive heard good things about vibrant too.
DO they have relatively the same sound?
Try looking around youtube for exhaust clips of cavaliers, there is a good clip of a 03-05 cavalier with the vibrant cat-back on there since you're wondering how it sounds.
I just got the magnaflow camaro style muffler (part #12266) today so i can run duals on my 04 cavalier, should be getting it installed monday hopefully. I currently have the dynomax super turbo with a 18" resonator and 2 1/4" piping from the cat back, here is a clip of it:

I personally have magnoflow and love it. you can go to magnaflow.com and hear any car with there exhaust set up on it. pretty sweet if you ask me
I just put the duel magnaflow on my 03 eco, no resonator atm, but still sounds good, but yea go to magnaflow.com and check the sound clips like Alex said. You will have to do the Cobalt clip tho, pic the one with the 2.2 non SC'd, sounds the same.
I have Apexi WS2 I think it's one of the cleanest sounding mufflers. Throaty when you lean on it too
