ok heres my set up
02 ls sport
2.2 eco /5 speed
under drive pully
a 4-2-1 header with the ebow cut off and an new one made
2 1/2 pipie header back with a high flow cat and a flowmaster 40
i did the 1/2 shft mod to the tb

what other mods could i do to help me allmotor

i know in the 1/8 mile when im car was stock with a auto it ran 10.0 all day long i know slow lol

im workin on a head rite now but looking for tips and info from all u allmotor guys

no intake yet? deff get on that.

camshafts
valves
pistons
rods, just tryin to help on this one believe it or not. do a little more research in the faq section or you're gonna get ripped apart.
i also left out the basics like motor mounts, and tranny mounts.

Intake, tune, cams make the big difference really woke my car up.

i have get-toe motor mouts lol i made the dog bone but keeps the motor in place then i pumped the other moutns full with some poly urathan so there rock hard my motor dont move at all makes for a really bad shake for the dash lol but im use to it

im going to pick up a 2.4 intake
and im looking at stage 1 cams but god there high lol

Work on weight reduction like carbon fiber hood,trunk, lighter wheels etc......i felt the difference right away when i swapped my heavy oem hood for a carbon fiber piece....... My .02 cents.

Eh forget the stage 1s, just go 2s there a lot of us that have run them on the stock head. Even though your not supposed to and people jump all over it you can mine has been running 10k miles no problems not to say someone else won't though. But I saw huge gains with them.

Probably not, but stock springs will not hold up to stage 1 cams. I'll be running Supertech 94lb springs with my blower cams(same specs as the GMR springs).
