Will a 1997 Grand Am 2.4L (LD9) engine and 5 speed tranny fit into a 1997 Cavalier Rally Sport that had a 2.2L engine? What all will have to be changed? Will it need a different computer? Any help is appreciated, searched the forums but couldnt find an exact answer.
you will need the 2.4 computer i know and as for the rest im not 100 percent sure

yes the Rally Sport has a manual 5 speed.
Yes it will fit in you will need cavalier 2,4 wireing to make it all right along wiht the computer the interior wireing should hook up okay you may have a problem wiht the theft system is all but you can do the re learn procedure.
