New Product Interest?

Who would be interesting in:

Stainless and Mild Steel CNC machined exhaust flanges? 1/2" and 3/8" thick?

Aluminum Intake Flanges CNC machined 1/2" thick?

Anything else you would like (machined)?

how about a flange to go from the LN2 to any other intake? hahahah. I mean the 92-97 version BTW. I'm bored of my limited-ness.

x2

I can vouch for these flanges as I ordered a pair from TTR before. They made me a pair of 3/8" thick mild steel exhaust flanges for the LD9

I would like a .5" phenolic spacer to fit in between the M62 and IM. ZZP has one, but it's metal and does nothing to keep the blower cooler. Delrin may be a good choice. The GM SC gasket would be the template. If TTR is interested let me know, and I'll do what I can to help.

Thanks

I think there would be a lot of interest in the 3 bolt downpipe flanges for 3400s as well. This is a little item that is hard to come by and 3400 swaps are pretty plentiful these days. Especially in the older cars.

Okay it looks like there are a lot of small little parts here members would like. Any one that you guys can get us a print, or a template to re produce these? We will make them on a one-by-one basis for now...

what about exhaust products?

such asyour own catbacks, headers, turbo manifolds.

I was really wanting the pace setter down pipe from atomic. but I guess it fell through.

Do you guys have the staff and equipment to do this stuff?

We have always looked into a mandral bender (only part needed in our shop to complete just about anything)

Current processes:

MIG Weld
TIG Weld
CNC Machine
Saw
Grind
Powder Coat
Media Blast
Brake Press
Laser
WaterJet

That is about it

you guys should really get that bender!

get some custom stuff going!!!

I'm sure that their would be some 2.4 and ecotec guys that would rock a turbo tech racing turbo kit- TTR turbo manifold, TTR intercooler, TTR piping kit.

you guys could do stages of kits and upgrades- no intercooler kit, tubular or log style mani, upgrade to biger turbo size, add a TTR intake mani.

you guys could make a killing!!!

Also what other cars have you been thinking about custom stuff for???

I want to see you guys grow!!!

Well TTR if you get a mandral bender then sign me up for a 3inch side exit exhaust in stainless steel

RIP JESSE GERARD.....Youll always be in my thoughts and prayers...

-cams and ported heads for the LNF

- budget head porting for the L61 (we send a core, you slap it on the CNC and send it back)

- exhaust flanges are always a good idea for DIY'ers
