I was wondering if anybody knows if they make a TB spacer for the 2.2L ecotech in my 2003 Sunfire?

Yes, Ebay has them. Also many many people say it does not do a damn thing. I think the company is Airaid or something like that

the only thing a TB spacer is good for on our platform is to tap for a n2o/water/meth injection nozzle.

Good idea; throttle body spacer with N20 tapped. Bad Idea; throttle body spacer with nothing tapped...Its like ground effects for your engine!

well would boring the spiral BS out of it and just placing it on doing anything since it is actually creating a taller plenum?

I must confess... I feel like a monster!

ive got a 99 sunfire 2.2L, the car is still running strong even with 235000km on it. So i got the balls to buy some cheap mods for it, i got the 4-2-1 headers off ebay and the obx throttle body spacer i installed the headers no problem and it sounded more agressive, then I installed the throttle body spacer and it seemed like a smoother ride all together and the exhaust had a slightly higher pitch after the TB install. So IMO it was worth the 60$ and just for the record i have one of those home made air intakes made out of some pcv piping and a weapon-R foam filter lol it just barly fits under the hood so maybe i noticed a bigger difference velocity more than anything...

tell me what you guys think...

I think your butt dyno needs recalibrating.

haha i didnt say i felt any power difference with the TBS, i just said it made a smoother ride after install for what i got setup. my butt dyno only tells me if it seems faster... lol then its good enough for me
