I believe I need a fuel pump. It just went out on me while driving. I found the Racetronix fuel pump (F99-FPA) that fits LS1 motors from 99-02. Racetronix themselves sell this item for $149.99 w/o the wiring harness. I read up on a similar post that the harness was not necessary for my cavy? Anyone second that?

I now went on E-bay and found the same Racetronix fuel pump; however, doesn't really look the same and model number is F99, not F99-FPA. Does that make a difference? I don't know.

My question is this: Are these two the exact same fuel pump. I rather pay the 149.99 and get a "whole" kit then get this e-bay Racetronix fuel pump, unless it is also the SAME kit. Can you guys please look at both links and tell me if they are the same pump kit? I obviously rather pay $79 for the pump!!

Crap, the model # of the e-bay item is HFP-368H. And is not an authentic Racetronix fuel pump. Is it still worth getting this cheaper alternative?

The second one does not have the extra fitting for the fuel venturi in the fuel pump module. Dont be a cheap ass and buy the correct one.

Actually it does, you can see it in the picture. So it might work, but is a chance you are taking.

As for the wiring upgrade. No it is not 100% needed, but a well worth mod.
