Im not really sure where to put this so sorry if its in the wrong section.
I am wanting to do an engine swap in my 2000 cav. I have a 2.2 so i was wanting to put either the eco or 2.4 motor in it. Anyway....while looking for an engine to buy i came across a forum(dont remember where) that said the turbo 2.4 motors out of a dodge neon srt-4 will fit in a jbody. Is this true? Or can anybody give me some info on this?
Not with out custom everything. Axles, mounts....hell everything. Anything can fit with enough money.

Old Motor: 160whp & 152ft/lbs, 1/4 Mile 15.4 @88.2

oops....didnt pay that close of attention. Well then my question now is, beside the 2.2 eco and the 2.4, what engines will fit in my 2000 cav if any at all?
just because it was written once somewhere in a forum does not mean it is true... or isn't true for that matter
I installed a 2jz upside down in my civic... and by "installed" I mean "thought about"... and by "thought about" I mean "didn't install"... think about it
but seriously you can install anything in a car with enough fab work... so it can be done... done easily maybe another case
case in point -

I can just picture Jeremy Clarkson saying that too...
Top Gear FTW!!!
it will fit, just take out the passenger seat, and you can get it in.
Will it run? proally not but it will fit
