lightweight batteries

i have a few questions on these.

1.) are there any lightweight one's that can be used in the winter? or is simply swapping back to a stocker type battery a necessity?

2.) do the lightweight one's have any problems powering everything else in the car? i don't have a big audio system or anything so i'm not that worried about it, but this is a dd not a drag car, so i would still like everything to be operable.

3.) is braille the only company to go with on these? if not anyone got a link to a part number from a different company? even a part number from braille would be nice as i saw one for about 60 bucks, and one for about 250 bucks.

as always help is appreciated.

I have a Braille B2015 and it powers everything in the car(including my airride compressor) with a problem. The only time it wouldnt start the car was when i let the car sit for ~ a month at a time over the winter in a cold garage. I toss the charger on it for ~30 minutes and i was good to go. There is no noticeable difference between my 15lb Braille and the heavy stocker.

PJ recommend it to me because it was better suited to use in a DD situation than the lighter ones.
