hi i am new to this web site and i am seeking some help about swaping a 2001 2200 motor in to a 1997 cavalier?
the motor is going in a car i got for free and i can get a 2200 from a 2001 with 20,000km on the motor for 300 bucks and i am wondering how hard is it, like engine mounts, wiring, cpu ect. any help and advise would really help

would it be easier to swap a 1997 sunfire 2.2 in to the car? i am looking for the most simple way to go about this thankyou
yes swap in the 97 sunfire engine the 2200 would take more time and would require different wiring being a 00+ engine
