i have a 2005 cavalier with 75k on it. i have done some minor bolt ons:
AIRAID TBS ,
Short throw shifter,
front and back strut tower braces,
AEM cold air intake
RKsport Berilluim springs
Iriduim Plugs
Pacesetter 4-1 header
full custom exhaust
Flow Master 60 series muffler
where should i go next with staying with the N/A aspects. i want it to run in the mid 13's

Sorry man you're FAR from running even 13.99
If you want to get serious, build the bottom end with high compression stuff, port and polish the head, cams springs etc up top (or just buy a patriot stage 1-2-3 head)
If you want more bolt on stuff, motor/trans mounts will help a lot, intake manifold, throttle body, and then a good tune
With the bolt ons, cams, and a tune, and a few practice runs with weight reduction, you MIGHT hit 13.9. I know there has been a member on here that's done it

Don't do anything but HP Tuners, do supporting mods first, you are throwing your money away on the ebay junk.

either ditch the throttle body spacer or tap it for nitrous.
as for getting to the 13's? the gm charger kit will get you there.
