This may be a dumb question, but if you needed to use low Independence injectors where high independence injectors are normally used, could a simple resistor at the right value make the lows work? Again, prob a dumb question, but just a thought...

Some Hondas use a resistor pack to use low impedance injectors with high impedance drivers. So, in short, yes...but the caveat is that the resistors need to be of sufficient power handling (hence why Honda resistor packs have a large heatsink). Why exactly do you need this, anyways? Did you accidently buy the wrong type of injector? If anything, I hope you aren't planning on doing this with 100+lb low-z injectors. There's a very good reason you commonly only find these large injectors in low-z.

Hmm... good to know... Reason is that I'll most likely be swapping my 96 LD9 into a 00. I already have low imp. injectors in the motor now and if the resistor packs would work, that would prevent me from needing to buy more injectors. They are currently 42lb. I may upgrade to larger ones anyways which of course would be better than a resistor pack.

New injectors might be cheaper than the resistor pack. Yes yes they will be, just checked any one that I would consider buying is between 100 and 200 bucks (ie not complete garbage). Just buy new injectors.

Where was that? I'm not sure what what part number of high imp ones that would fit...

I just googled the resistor thing quickly. I have no idea what injectors fit, I'm not an ld9 guy.
