Who can do a reflash?

I am new to the world of 4 cylinder computer controlled engines. However, I am not new to the world of engine building. I currently have on one engine stand a 2000 2200 out of a 2000 Cavalier, and the parts are ordered. Now for my concern about the computer. This engine will be built as follows: reground crank, Federal Mogoul bearings throughout the engine,Eagle H beam connecting rods, 10.5 :1 pistons, moly rings,Toga port flow valves, head is to machined to accept new valve springs, head is mildly ported, but polished. Cam is as follows duration @ .050 int .208 exh .212 lobe lift is .284 on the int and .293 on the exh valve lift duration is .264 on the int and .274 on the exh. pushrods are stronger than stock but standard weight and diameter and length. I will be using the stock rocker arms.(unless I see that they won't hold up with the new springs and the incresaed lift). I have checked with mantapart, it seems to me that they are out of business, I didn't see anything about it at rsmracing,Jbody performance seems to be the only one that can reflash it, are there any others out there? I know I can buy equipment to change the values on it, but I don't know anything about doing it and don't really want to experiment with it and put the motor at risk.

You pressing random buttons on the keyboard would likely result in a better tune than something form jbody performance. Find someone who can tune with HP tuners, preferably someone who has worked with our cars before.

Also, cant you ln2 guys use sbc rockers with a little bit of modification? That would give you stronger lighter rockers with roller followers.

The rocker conversion is possible and I am using that as a back up plan if the stock ones don't want to perform properly. The stockers are pretty light and have roller fulcrums, but not roller tips. I will have to cross that bridge when I get it together. I will definitely have to get someone to tune it, like I said I am not comfortable doing it and don't want to ruin the motor
