so i have a 2001 cavalier z24 with the ld9 and i was wondering what is the best fuel pumps for the money you for can get for them
Being that the only supporting mod in your profile is high comp pistons... we can assume you are on stock rods, stock cams, stock injectors, stock tune....
so you really want to stay with the stock pump. Racetronics is another option... but you really don't have the mods to justify it.
I'm fully built on a stock pump.
The cheapest "best" pump right now is the racetronix w-body pump with harness. You do not "need" the harness at all, but is a good upgrade.

truth.
i have a racetronix w-body pump in my 97. good solid pump. it would probably be a good idea to get a decent AFPR in combination with a higher flowing pump too.

Agreed, but is not needed, unless you plan on retuning the car.
