O2 Throwing a code....

i forget the code number but i remember its saying:
"high voltage bank 1 sensor 1"
Whats that mean? and how do i fix it?

which means...????? lol when it comes to wiring im waaaaaaaaay out in left field, tho my dad old as he is, is quite good at it and even he has no clue.

means you need a new o2 sensor.

not necessarily... high resistance means there's an open between the signal wire from the pcm to the o2 and the return wire back to the PCM... the open could be in the wiring, or the open could be within the O2... I'd check all of your wiring before replacing the sensor...

a good example of this is if you break your clock spring, you'll throw a driver airbag high resistance code., the airbag doesn't need to be replace because the open is in the clock spring

well thats the thing, i had to replace the exhaust with an older model exhaust. the o2 was welded in on the replacement exhaust and we had difficulties matching the wires due the them all being different colors.......
