I need to make a flat gasket out of cork or whatever for my intake manifold. 2.4 style. I keep ordering them from OEM because he laser cuts them but I want to be able to make them so I can have one ASAP if I need it. It would be nice to have a drawing that I could use to cut one myself and have it ready to go on before I disassemble everything.
Something like this, in .dxf or whatever, or at least with some measurements so I can draw my own .dxf and plot out.

Payment sent for one. I appreciate it. I just wonder what to do if you aren't able or willing any longer, haha. You're my only dealer.

Still, does anyone have a .dxf or at least measurements?

With that drawing you should be able to measure your manifold and get it done. Or maybe, just maybe, draw the gasket once you get it from Mark.

I measured the bolt spacing and scaled the drawing up and made a DXF. My co-worker can laser cut it using our facilities. If it comes out well, I'll post the .dxf.

Converted it into Solidworks for giggles.
I didn't how ever check the scale...Should be 3/8" thick in the model.

why do you keep using them up?
I choose the technology built for land speed records... not the technology built to save on emissions and gas mileage.
My manifold is removed occasionally.. and I like to replace the gasket if I suspect a vacuum leak.

I assume he's just buying the $6.50 gasket and not the adapter everytime.
