Where would I be able to pick up the front clip from a 2000-02 Sunfire Gt or a Z24? I've talked to a couple junkyards in the K-W and London areas but they say that they wont do it. I'm thinking of doing an engine swap from a 2.2 to a 2.4.

Based on what's in your registry (or isn't), I'd say don't waste your money on a conversion, just buy a car WITH a 2.4.

The thing is, my poor little 2.2 has about 230,000 kms on it. Basically i'm just gonna keep this car for mileage. It isn't worth anything for a trade-in. I know i'll be buying another car down the road (like a 2.4 pursuit). But i'm looking for something not too expensive that i can do for now just to get from point A to B a little faster. I'm not gonna take it to a shop, I can do the job myself so i'm not gonna spend money that way, i just need the parts.

yea like bill said. screw the 2.4. personally id go with an ecotec.
