Hey guys I have a 2002 ecotec that has a bad knock in it and figured the time has come to rebuild the engine. I was wondering if you guys could recommend a good shop to take it too where they have good knowledge of the 2.2 ecotec. I am located in Mississauga.

thanks

Do you plan on rebuilding them otor with performance in mind ? Forged rods, pistons ? Clevite bearings ? ect ? Or do you just want to rebuild it with stock parts ? IF you just want it fixed, I would recommend just finding a new motor. (wreckers)

I'd say you should probably get the noise diagnosed properly.
