I'm looking for the following parts for an 03 Cavalier:
-Hood
-Drivers side fender
-Drivers side head light
I prefer the hood and fender to be black.

You should take this opportunity to swap to either 00-02 or 95-99.
Cheaper as well, since they are plentiful at scrap yards etc.
I have a z24 and I like the front end, unless I'm mistaken and all I need to swap is the hood and lights.
No, you would need the bumper swapped as well...
It was just a thought, as I think it will be hard to find the parts you are looking for, cheap at least.
