Not until 03+ and then they're all ecotec 2.2's. 1 rare ecotec in 2002 which you don't see very often but there's a couple.

there not as rare as you think sunfires with an eco in 02 is rare but cavaliers aren't rare thes 3 of them in my neighbour hood
