Okay guys Casey and I have all of the plans in place. The only thing in limbo is the Hotels which we are working on as you read this.
FRIDAY NOV 4th - we will have a track day at Bradenton motorsports we encourage everyone to come I will defiantly be there
here is the info on that

after that we will probably have dinner and report to the hotel
SAT NOV 5th - at 10:00am we will meet at the Cracker Barrel in oldsmar on Tampa rd (Hills ave.) for some brunch and talking

Then we will set out for Howard Park at about 12pm where we will have sports, BBQ, car talk, beach -- also if you have a Personal Water Craft (jet-ski) feel free to bring it because there is a launch -- just bring your wet suit it will probably be cold.
We have shelter 5 reserved already so if you try to come straight to the park that is where we will be -- No alcohol or balloons are allowed at the park.

After the park we could always hit up a bar or Hooters, winghouse ect. but that would be on the fly and not a part of the "official plans"

Just a meet -- we might just even make a list of stuff to bring for the bbq (food items) and have everyone take a thing off of the list and consider that a registration --- if you guys want us to do T-shirts or something we could do that -- we could ask John Pip to make us a design and i would see how much they would cost
We just want as many people as possible and we want it to be relatively inexpensive for everyone (we know it is around the Holidays)

i was only going to do the shirts if there was enough demand and they would be prepay, preorder only basis
but yeah the point is to take all of the bickering and stuff that we have recently had associated with our shows and just have a good time
yupe I plan on being there since I missed the annual meet. hopefully there will be more from the east side over. its only about 4 hour drive to Bradenton.

just for @!#$ and giggles, any of you see the loyds autoglass "dancing cow" they use for there advertising and free meat promo? well thats my dancing cow...i did that for them about 5 years ago and they have been running with it ever since...just a little did bit of info...probrably alot cooler on my end but hey.
but as far as shirts go, let me know. right now i'm doing alot with my web design refresher but i can drop that for a bit to do a t-shirt.

It was not a problem --- we just wanted alot of people to show and we thought the earlier we got things taken care the more time people had to take off of work or make plans to come
