Local hangouts in NC

Does anyone know any good local hang outs either in Charlotte or Ashville to go to tonight? I'm from Greenville, and there is no place around here. I got a friend visiting and we wanted to find some cars to go chill with and check out. Let me know. Thanks guys!

I saw where you made the same post on cobaltss.net, and saw you were from Greenville, SC. I'm about an hour below you in Abbeville. Oh and if you're lookin for a place in Greenville to hang out try the Hobby Lobby parking lot on Sunday nights. A friend of mine told me a lot of the car guys hang out there some.

Just my opinion HWY 70 in Hickory sucks compared to what it used to be..... I think people have kind of gone away from cruising an what not since th cops really came down hard on them and with gas prices being so high.

yeah i was thinkin the same thing while i was typing that! it was cool for a while though. i can remember a couple years ago when almost every car out there after about 9:30 was modded and nearly every green light saw a race. hell the cops wouldn't really say anything as long as you weren't goin like 100 mph.
but franklin blvd is DEAD now. i went fri. night and there was maybe 10 cars out.
and probably 7 were just sitting at the car wash. i tried to talk to em but like most import drivers they were closed minded @!#$s
and couldn't have cared less about my cav or the fact that i could've handed to any of em without even trying that hard.
oh well.. @!#$ em! has anyone heard about a hangout spot in concord? i heard somthin about exit 58 on i85 a while back. but i don't know exactly where.

I really haven't left the safety of cruising around the square of burnsville yet lol
But I know Patton Ave in Asheville on the weekends is full of cruisers.

I go to asheville an d Johnson City alot.
If we ever wanted to get a small meet or bash together I'm in, I got a few from here who'd be intrested.
