Hello. I'm going to do an F23 swap on the vehicle so I'm in need of parts. My main concern is finding the rear mount from the frame.

This is what I will be needing:

- F23 bellhousing
- Clutch
- Front and rear trans mounts
- Clutch pedal assembly
- Gas/brake pedal assembly
- Clutch master cylinder
- Slave cylinder/throw-out bearing assembly
- Shifter assembly w/ cables
- Manual PCM

Also, the rear mount bracket can be bought direct from GM.

Ecotec and are talking about the actual metal piece that holds the mount?
