ok, i just bought a 91 cav, 2 dr model. so far I have a full body kit (custom) and a drop. (sprint springs, gay stock struts). next thing i wanna do is tails. I read the yellow cav's how to on cardomain, but those lights dont really convince me, and the how to is not very clear for me either. So my question is this, what other car's tails come even remotely close to the cavs tail so I can fit em on the cav? now I know its gonna require custom work, but im looking for the closest match, that way i dont have to spend 329083091283912893 hourse making them fit. I found these on ebay and to me they look pretty similar, I know ill need to cut into the body for the outers, but the inners look like theyll just fit there with hardly any problems. what do u guys think? or can someone suggest an easier pair of tails to work with?

i noticed it says 4 dr, is there a diference between 4 dr and 2 door?
Before you do tails, though, Id replace the struts. You are going to blow them on lowered springs...
i think theyre already blown... ill do that eventually but right now thats not a priority, i know the ride sucks, but this is my beater. how hard were the civic tails? they look like a pretty simple swap.
they look easier then they r . i have alot of hours into them . best advice i can give to u is get a tail light section out of a wrecked car and weld it in instead of building it from scratch like i did , it will be alot faster
slamming 2 gen cavi
^^ thats a perfect idea. thats exactly what im gonna do, i had already thought of this a long time ago when I was starting on my 3g and then gave up since i liked the 03+ style tails. but with this car, ill just do that. thanks alot
welcome to the second gen family... and the world of do and make your own mods...
your best bet is to sign up on www.v6z24.com cause the majority of 2nd gen owners are up on there...

don't put tail lights on it unless you broke one and swap for a stock one. ugly
