I need help please!

I am putting the finishing touches on my 2.0-3100 swap and my electrical system is going berserk! Okay, I am using a 1992 dash with a 2.8 computer and wiring harness. After I plugged everything in, I tested everything out to see if it works. When I cut on my lights, they cut on, but the tachometer cuts on. When I cut on my wipers, it runs the blower motor at the same time as well as the tachometer again. Is this what happens when you use a 2.8 wiring harness in a 92 dash or is it just mixed up wires? Furthermore, ever since doing the swap, my transmission does not stay in park anymore. It just rolls freely. Can anyone help?
