EDFC + gravana coilovers
Friday, December 23, 2005 11:27 PM
so I noticed that the TEIN EDFC has a seemingly compatible interface with Gravana's coilover setup that just came out

anyone have the same suspicions? does anyone care? I'm pretty sure the TEIN SS are one way ride height adjustable while gravanas are two way... which is why I still like the gravanas more than any other coilover / suspension set up for the cavalier.

I'm willing to be that the EDFC can bolt onto the gravana coilovers with relative ease. anyone willing to back me up, or confirm / deny this? maybe they have a tein set up with edfc on another car and can compare?

Gravanas are crap compared to the TEIN SS IMO. No, I don't think they would work together

I think thats one of the key points... I have the Teins SS and they arent harsh one little friggin bit. And I still get great handling. Im gonna hate having to sell them.

As far as compatibility im not sure. Think about it The modules that turn the adjustment knobs are probably calibrated for each degree of adjustment on the tein.
The reason I say this is becasue manually Teins can be set from 1-16 and 1-32 only with the EDFC. meaning the EDFC is able measure half increments to allow the extra adjustability.

The Gravana's from what I understand is manually adjustable from 1-32

You could try to put them on the gravana's but when you think you have them set at 5 they may actually be at 91/2 or something.

Justa thought.
