I was wondering for those who have 12" front brakes and race at the track with radials or slicks, what size front wheels do you use. Im building my motor for boost and the track, but I don't want to buy a big brake kit if I can't put smaller wheels on it for track use. I plan on buying the SSBC brake kit that requires 17" wheels.. But I should be fine if I can stick 16" radials on there..
Suggestions?
Thanks.

my wilwoods will fit in a 15" wheel , with the right spokes and offset
my fronts are 12.2"
as for ssbc , i couldnt tell you what will fit , i dont know anyone with them
i know someone with the old 13" with the 4piston fronts and he had to get spacers
^^Thanks Eric
Update, it looks like ill be going with the 12" front and rear BAER now.. I did a little research on the SSBC kit and well....lets just say I wont be using those lol..
I was hopeing to put at least 16" wheels on the fronts for the track.. Ill take my chances on hoping the wheels will fit with the Baers

i know snowman put the stock 16" Z and LS sport wheels on his 13" kit , and the only thing that doesnt really fit is the caliper , it hits the spokes of the wheel , or the inside face of the wheel
so the only issue should just be caliper clearence
