a few days ago my front rotor drivers side started to smoke, i thought my back brakes were gone so i replaced all the pads and shoes, went out today and i still have the same problem. was wondering if anyone can help , a couple of weeks ago i broke my driveshaft could that have anything to so with it, also my steering rack has a little leak mabye it is leaking onto the caliper causing the smoke.

What did you spill on the rotor? Oil, grease, lube?

It will burn off after a few times and stop.

i think u are right, it must be the grease from when i broke my driveshaft, it made a big mess. i went out for a cruise and nothing was wrong.
