I have been noticing a faint clunking sound over the past few days form my front struts. Well the other night it was really really bad. Even a pebble in the road made them clunk for some reason. So I turned the wheels around checked the control arms and the sway bar. Checked everything wiggled the strut and found nothing. So I have a buddy help me shake the car side to side. Well I noticed that the strut moved in the center where the camber plates are. It was to the point that i turned it half a turn and it popped off. So i tightened them back up the best I could and drove it to the auto hobby shop and torqued them back down. I just want to let everyone know yes I do have gravana struts and yes I do have there camber plates. Do I think this is a problem with them or the plates not at all. My best guess is that how stiff the ride is and the vibes form my motor mounts and my harsh driving and roads shook them loose. They were originally installed by B&G so they were put on properly the first time. Again I am in no way or form saying its B&G's fault or gravanas or anything to that matter. I just want to clear that up and let everyone know to check your nuts every now and then

always a good idea...... I know of a former JBO member who lost one of the two lower strut bolts on the front....... while driving down the freeway.
