Hi,

About a week ago, I was driving and all of a sudden I could hear/feel a really bad grinding noise from the rear. I thought maybe a blown tire or fallen muffler. I inspected the car - everything seemed fine. I got back in the car and still heard the noise. I did three point turn and the noise went away. I assumed a piece of ice got into the rear wheel well. Everything was fine till today when again, I was driving about 50kms when the grinding noise all of sudden started again. It felt like there was a drag on the car from the rear. I reveresed a few times and the noise went away. Any ideas what could be causing this? It sounds like it is coming from the rear tires/brakes. The car is an 03 Z24 with 92000kms.
