Who would be interested in a solid rear bar for the Cavalier/Sunfire?
It would be either 7/8" or 1.0" diameter solid steel.
We would hope to get this for only about $115-125 for the complete kit, manufactured by Turbo Tech Racing.
As always powder coated to your specs, including all hardware for a direct bolt up.

I'm not sure that another similarly-priced, similarly-capable sway bar in really needed for the J-body market. Choice is alway good, and it would be great to have another way to support TTR, but it might take more than custom powder coating to stand apart from the solid offerings by Addco, Eibach, etc.

We could always offer one that is 1.125" to maybe be more stiffer yet....

Bigger bars might appeal to some people. I'd worry about making the rear too twitchy, but at least that would make for a unique product.
Something I would like to see is a commercially available "normal size" rear disc brake conversion kit. The privately-made kits (Neon swap, etc.) are fine and I've considered them, but something purpose-crafted and supported by TTR might be interesting. I'm probably imagining something impractical.

i would enjoy such a product, i would enjoy it more if it could be set-up to compliment the sway bar with an FE1 or FE2 suspension. i have been looking at one to compliment my FE1 setup but really dont know what i am looking at. as i and most of us do, we appreciate everything you and TTR do for the J-body.
How about a tubular bar? Nobody makes one for our cars and they are stronger and lighter than everything that is currently on the market.
Yes i already have the sway bars i bought eibach threw you. Ideas would be a rear disc breaks coversion stock size or larger bolt pattern for users with the nwf swap in front.
Why can't TurboTech make us a K-brace for our front ends.
SpeedRacerZ has made these and are so much better than just the standard subframe brace.
Aaron, with the demand Speed had with the K-brace that he was making, you could do a great service to those looking for a bit better chassis bracing.
I for one would buy one in a heartbeat.
Again, you wanted some ideas, here is one that should go well for those that love the twisties and not always the 1320.

id buy one if it was made of aluminum and actually lighter then an addco. i didnt enjoy adding that hefty chunk of steel under my car, it did help quite a bit.. but the weight discusts me. would an aluminum one be too flimsy.. or...??
definatly would like to see solid rear upper strut mounts as well as solid torsion bar to body bushings.
Aluminum won't work because it is too soft and would probably tear. That is why I suggested tubular bars which usually weigh about half that of solid bars.
Id be interested in a rear sway bar thats bigger than whats out there now.... cause i think making one that is the same size as all the others wouldnt be that great of an idea.

if your going through the trouble of the n-body front swap, why not just do the rear to?
I'd like to see a rear N-body bar... The only competition is PFYC, and iirc bar is overpriced and undersized. Actually, it doesn't appear to be on their site anymore, so no competition then
Maybe you could sell n-body Powerslots and braided brake lines as well?

I am completely down w/ the idea of the k-frame bar....GREAT IDEA and I would put my turbo parts buying on hold to buy one. Not to mention that it'd be from TTR.

If your talking about the IRS swap..... I dont want IRS.......i could easily do it but id rather keep my solid rear
IRS parts would rock. A bolt on IRS cat back would be the best evar!
I'm interested in a rear disc swap to compete with the neon swap and complement the stock front rotors, possibly with a proportioning valve.
Also the k-frame brace and the hollow rear sway bar with spring rates would be nice. This one's kind of out there, but what about a manual steering rack?
solid rear upper strut mounts would be nice also. i don't believe i have seen anyone else making them, and i am tired of the clunk from my rear.

It should be almost 2 times as strong as what is out there, and also about 2/3's the current weight of the solid ones out there.

id be down for a full set of sway bars, and also id be down for a custom piece water jet cut from you too.
