So I was hoping that someone out there could tell me if the springs that I have would work with a any coil over kit. I have a set of eibach sportline lowering springs and I was wondering, if I bought a coil over kit with the perches and the rest of the hardware could I swap out the springs that come with the kit for the eibach ones that I have?

Nope, that won't work. Coilover springs are usually 2.5" in ID for the entire length and are much shorter than your sportlines; not to mention the spring rate on sportlines is too soft for coilovers.
