Cutting bumpstops
Tuesday, January 15, 2008 4:09 PM
I recently put on my 01 z24 a set of the tokico d spec struts and eibach sportline lowering springs. I was wondering how much i am supposed to cut my bumpstops because this thing rides pretty harsh and i dont know if its hitting the bumpstops or not.

first off, how do you have your d-spec's adjusted? all the way firm?

second, in your instructions that should have came with your sportlines, it will have a picture on one side that displays the full view of the bumpstop and shows your exactly how much to cut off.

pretty simple and someone on here said it best. the bump stop looks like a snowman, chop the head off and your good.
