I just got some rims and im wondering what break rotors and stuff i should get.. If there arent any with lifetime warrenty like the dumb duralast from autozone, then i really dont want them... because i like the lifetime where you can just get new ones for free.. accually.. i know they do this for pads.. but i think rotors too...

lifetime pads are @!#$. If you are spending money on rims and tires don't cheap out on the brakes. ceramic or semi ceramic pads are sooo much nicer and you braking distances are reduced too.
ceramic pads do not reduce your braking distance. they give off less brake dust.
i like how you call them "dumb duralast", yet want that "dumb" lifetime warranty.
but anyway, you've already made your decision, because NOTHING aftermarket (brakes) has a lifetime warranty where you get a new one for free. so go ahead and walk in to your local auto parts store and get the cheapo brakes that come with a lifetime warranty.

the lifetime warranty is meant only against defects. if the pad shows normal wear, then they shouldnt warranty them. i know i dont.

haha then I don't know whats wrong because my parents got them on their winter mercury and they get replaced for free when we bring them in.

Get the REDstuff! Last night i took the GREENstuff pads off my powerslot rotors and replaced them with the REDstuff.
After a good bed-in session, I like the REDstuff much better. For five bucks more than the greens, its worth it.
the greens had slightly better initial bite but a softer pedal feel and more fade than the reds have so for. (only about 80 miles on the reds)
greens lasted me about 18 months of mostly city driving. reds are supposed to last longer with less dust.
O'Reillys price matched a website on the pads.
$73 plus tax. Ordered Saturday and instore Wednesday.
bleeding in all new high quality brake fluid helps as well.
ZZZZZZZ
