These are some coilovers I'm thinking about buying, but what else what I need to buy or can these just be used with stock struts? I think ride height is gonna be stock or maybe a slight drop on my project.

1. Read this sticky: http://www.j-body.org/forums/read.php?f=3&i=50260&t=50260 It pretty much sums up a lot you need to know before making purchases you'll regret.
2. You don't have a "z22". There is no such thing.

And please tell me you're at least planning on spending the money to get good lowering struts. Otherwise, just take the $100 you were going to spend on the sh!tty coilovers and burn it. You'll be better off.

MY F#&KING GOD, will you people stop asking if sh!t can be used on stock struts?
Please take out a lighter and burn your $100 before you do something to your car like that.

Yes I read that sticky just after posting my original question. And a Z22 was just a dealer package that came on my car ( Mines a Canadian Car too, not sure if that matters)

a z22 is a fake trim package that dealers put on base model cars to dress them up aka (dealer rice) so your car is in fact not a z22 but just a base model cavalier, your car being in Canada has nothing to do about the trim of your car nothing changed

So just because its a dealer package doesn't make it fake. Is a Yenko Camaro fake? 4th gen Camaro SSs were made by SLP not in a GM factory so are they fake? What about Shelby, Roush, and Saleen Mustangs?

Don't let the punks get to you. If they can't say anything helpful its because they probably
have VERY LITTLE IF ANY MECHANICAL SKILLS . Talking crap is just their way of hiding that
fact. They figure the more crap they say the less likley anyone will know how dumb they are.

You're comparing apples to oranges. Shelby, Roush, etc. actually make improvements to the cars and actually work with the car companies. We are talking about small dealers slapping cheap stickers and garbage on cars to fool unsuspecting buyers into thinking it was an actual package from the factory that's worth more.

My Z22 was originally a canadian car and I guess alot of dealerships up there did the whole sticker thing. I know its really a base cavalier with no options at all, buts thats all gonna change soon. Do you think if it was turboed then I could call it a Z22? lol
