Koni Yellows - how long do they last?
Friday, November 27, 2009 5:54 AM
So, as i was driving home from my bro's for thanksgiving, on 278S through Queens/Brooklyn, I got to thinking how long these things last. anyone who has been on the BQE knows it's a piece of @!#$ road with bumps and pot holes that jar you like crazy lol.

With regular (or extreme) use, how long have you had your koni yellows? Mine have about 100-120k miles on them and i haven't noticed a decrease in performance...

100-120K?!!?! daaaaaaaaym!!!! if they last AT LEAST that long and have a lifetime warranty how can you go wrong?

mine are about 3 years old now and have seen roughly 7000 miles. i know its not a lot but ive loved every second i was on the road with them. from full stiff to full soft, they provide excellent handling response.

Stand in the corner and SCREAM with me!!!!

I have 113k on my car and they were put on around 18k, and they had probably 20k on them when I got them.

100k and ive blown a rear one (rocking ground control coil overs)

But I live in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada....which has I think 3-4 of the top 10 worst roads in Canada.

This place is an epic @!#$ hole when it comes to roads.

You seriously have no idea how bad the roads are here unless you have visited this city.
