custom coilovers

Anyone running a custom setup. If so what size springs and rate? I'm thinking I will end up going this way, right now I have d specs and crap ass arospeeds. I do have aluminum top hats not the rubber it came with though. I'm thinking about using these till I go down for the winter then getting some eibach 2.5 x 8 250# coils. If I ditch the top hat/ stock mount and have custom top mounts made I might be able to go with a 10 or 12 inch and get an even lower spring rate, maybe 175. Input? Anyone got a custom setup.

If it were me and I was making a custom set of CO for my car I would run Hyperco springs, depending on your set-up I would run 350 up front and 300 in back for an aggressive street driving car and 550 and 500 if it were a tracked car every once and a while or 850 850 if it was a track car. I would only go with Koni race shocks cause I know they will handle it, as I have them on my project car in the shop.

For mounts, your gonna wanna go with a camber plate set-up, normal mounts are ok for stock set-up.

Well I have been talking to my brother in-law about it as he is the one making my mounts. I'm going to run 10 inch 250 in the rear and 8 inch 300 up front. I'm trying to get away from the extreme spring rates of my aerospeeds as the car is driven on nearly a daily basis in summer and tracked maybe 5-7 times per year. My drop is not very aggressive either only to eliminate wheel gap

All Eibach, 2.5x6" 525lb linear up front, 5x6 5/8" 500-1000lb progressive in back, Koni yellows all around. I think I may up the fronts to maybe 575 or so, depending on how it goes with the extra weight of the 3400. I have maybe 3" of adjustment up front and about 6" in the rear.
