This. An air chisel and a vise will work rather quickly
well i cut the sleeve with a battery sawsall in like 1 min then i got out alot of grease n greased the bushing then i got a 5/8s threaded rod and 3 square washers with square bolts pressed it in most of the way n it wouldnt seat so i took that off n beat on it with a ball peen hammer till it seated perfectly done lol pita though prolly took me an hr messing with the bushing to get it in i think
wow all i had to do was lube them up and push them in with a vice and rock them till thay seated
i love my arbor press...5 minutes had old out and new in...
Lots of lube, and rock the arms in a vise works just fine.
