Anyone know how to adjust the koni reds? and if so... are they notched or would I have to measure to ensure both sides would be the same height?

for the ones i have which are a little older, they have an arrow on them that tells you which way to turn for stiffer or softer. From what i have read you have to fully depress them then turn the shaft in either direction you want. From what it seams is usually 2 full rotations in either direction will bring you to whichever extreme you prefer. Thats all i know other than that i am in the same boat as you, and would also like to know what people have to say about it.
Doesn't adjust height my man....just dampening/rebound.
Thanks guys

If I remember correctly what was said above is correct. You have to push in the strut and turn it about 2 or 3 half turns for full stiff and 1 or 2 for medium stiffness.
